BedoukianBio

Built On a Foundation of Science

Bedoukian Research, Inc. was founded in 1972 by Dr. Paul Bedoukian, a well-respected chemist.

In the mid-1970’s, the scientists at Bedoukian began experimenting with semiochemical substances and soon understood the impact they could have in the agriculture business. They knew these products could improve crop yields by managing insect pests using environmentally-sustainable chemistries.

Bedoukian’s expertise in the synthesis of complex chemicals elevated the product portfolio to include active ingredients for use in stored product, forest, and ornamental pest management.

BedoukianBio was established to bring these important pheromone and biochemical products to the market.

Paul Bedoukian’s son, Dr. Robert Bedoukian, joined the company in 1975, when the company’s first pheromone products were being developed. Under his leadership, BedoukianBio has grown and enhanced its reputation as a leader in pest control solutions. In more recent years, Dr. Robert Bedoukian’s sons, Dr. Matt Bedoukian and David Bedoukian, have taken an active role in the management of the business, ensuring the stability of the company for years to come.
