What is your return policy?

Returned goods must be authorized by our Customer Service Department. You can contact our customer service department at [email protected]. Requests for returns must be received within 14 days of product receipt. We do not accept broken containers, materials involved in a bankruptcy sale or deteriorated due to improper storage, heat or cold. Goods may not be returned for credit unless approved by Customer Service, and then only in strict compliance with return shipment instructions.
